Chinese Premier leaves for SCO meeting

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao left Beijing this morning (Wednesday) to attend the Fourth Meeting of Prime Ministers of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in
Moscow. The two-day meeting is from October 26th to 27th. The Premier’s visit is at the invitation of the prime minister of the Russian Federation government, Mikhail Fradkov.
